Smart Repair Technician

Role – Smart Repairer Location – Chester Salary – £35,000 OTE £45,000 (realistic) Richard Abson Group are currently assisting a reputable bodyshop in Chester to find a skilled Smart Repairer to join their successful team. You’ll be an experienced Smart Repair or Paint Technician, ideally with a background in a bodyshop, accident repair centre, or main dealer environment. You must have a keen eye for detail and take pride in delivering high-quality repairs on time and to standard. The role will involve carrying out small to medium cosmetic paint repairs, bumper scuffs, minor panel damage, alloy wheel refurbishments, and similar tasks. The team is friendly, professional, and committed to maintaining the company’s excellent reputation for quality workmanship. The business is offering a basic salary of up to £35,000 with a realistic OTE of £45,000, plus overtime opportunities. You’ll work Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm – no weekend work!
